All Bookings are Final.
Guests may reschedule their booking 7 days before the event start time. Rescheduling less than 7 days before the event start time will be charged a $75 fee.

Yes! We are located next to a paid parking lot and having street parking available around the studio.

3.00 dollar for 2 hour metered street parking. Free after 6PM
General Rules
PLEASE READ: -Please respect the booking time slots by making sure to include set up and take down in your booking times. Bookings that go over will be charged an extra hour.
- Do not move the telephone booth, it will scratch the floor if not done correctly.
- No smoking in the building
- You are welcome to move around furniture BUT put everything back where you got it and be-careful when moving the plants.
Yes nudity is allowed.
No it is not required.
Please do not move the Phone Booth or bar without first inquiring, You can move the furniture as long as you move things back where you found them. Please be careful when moving things around!
Yes, smoke machines are allowed
We do our best to accommodate tours of the space as long as our schedule allows. please send us a email or call to set that up.
We always have 9ft black, white and tech green savage paper in stock.
We have other colors that we keep in stock but it varies. If theres a specific color you would like to use inquire and we will let you know if it's available.
We have a lockbox for your to access the building if you prefer to enter solo but we usually have someone there to give you a tour of the space and answer any questions that you may have
